The Work

Our role focused on design refinement, precision fabrication, and material optimization to meet Starlink’s exacting standards. Each component was CNC-machined and thermoformed using durable, high-grade polymers capable of enduring extreme temperatures, UV exposure, and mechanical stress.

We worked closely with Starlink’s technical team to ensure every part achieved seamless fitment, lightweight performance, and aesthetic consistency with the brand’s sleek design language.
The Results​
The completed components delivered exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, tight dimensional accuracy, and superior weather resistance, supporting Starlink’s mission to provide dependable satellite connectivity anywhere on the planet.
