Our plastic welding shop is able to handle anything from complete clean rooms to the repair of motor home water tanks. We can make custom plating tanks, fish hatchery tanks, secondary containment tanks, pool tanks, holding tanks, and even RV replacement tanks that can't be found or aren't even made anymore. We can manufacture complete air handling systems and ducting out of a variety of materials. Anything you want in polypropylene cabinetry is our specialty. Many of our welding repairs can be done while you wait. We will also go "off-site" when the job requires it.

Methods of heat welding thermoplastics may be classified as hot gas welding, heated tool welding, induction welding and friction or spin welding. We use the hot gas (air or nitrogen) and heated tool methods. Weldable materials include: Polypropylene, Polyethelene, PVC, PVFD,ABS and PFA. Our welding experts can discuss these and other options with you. Only experience and careful observation can assure good joints with maximum strength and minimum degradation of the material.
